When I try to uninstall EG from the computer I am facing an error message. The error states that ‘windows cannot find the file and make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again’. I am sure about the name and then I tried to uninstall several times but nothing works. How can I solve this error? Please suggest me some solutions to solve this error. Thanks a lot.

EG Video software is not very popular authorized software. There are very less information available on this software as the user base is limited. This type of software downloaded from un-authentic source could pose serious threat to any system. As a standard process, whenever you install something into your system it creates entry under the Add/Remove program section under control panel. You can follow the following steps
1.  Make a fresh install once again with EG Video.
2.  Open windows task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and open the processes tab. This tab shows all running processes. Ensure that eg_videos.exe is not running as a process. If found select the same and click end Process.
3.  Now from the Add/Remove program under control panel, detect the installed program and click un-install.
4.  In case you fail to remove the software in this mode, then boot your system in safe mode and try to perform the un-installation operation.
