Why am I not able to use Yahoo messenger?

I use Yahoo messenger to chat with my Yahoo contacts but yesterday I was not able to do so.

I don't know what the problem is

because it does not show any error, just it does not sign me in My email id and password correct too.

Do you guys have any idea about this problem?

The problem can be one connected with the server of the yahoo corporation, not necessarily your problem. Sometimes the server goes down, you should just wait a couple hours and see if you get through.
 
Next solution is that it can be with your internet connection, you should disable your connection and enable it, right click, on the right hand corner of your screen, you would see two connected pc's, click on disable and then click enable to re-fresh your connection.
 
If you have tried both , then i suggest you uninstall your yahoo messenger and re-installing it.
