Hi,

Yes, I have an old RivaTuner v2.0. I got this error message below when I tried to use it on a new NVIDIA card.

Anyway, my question is; which version should I get?

Where could I get the right version for my card?

Please guide me.

Thanks.

Unsupported driver detected

Warning! RivaTuner has not been tested with the currently installed display driver.

It is strongly recommended to upgrade RivaTuner to a new version. Otherwise it may not work properly because the driver is not officially supported

Don’t show this warning till installing new unsupported driver

You need to visit the website of the company your card is build of. The best solution is available on that website.

You need to check that website and then download the drivers for your device.

You also need to update your drivers from that website. As the message shows that your driver is either not supported by the hardware or if you are using this as the software for your drive then this may cause some problem for that.

To check you sound and its quality you can also follow these steps.

  • Go to START and then to RUN.
  •  Once you are i RUN window then you need to type DXDIAG and then press enter.
  •  Once you have the DX window you need to go to sound and music tabs.
  •  Here perform all the tests for your sound and make sure that you have no problem in your hardware.
  •  If you are not able to see any option available then you need to check your sound card and re install the drivers.

I hope you will be able to solve your problem.
