My friend has a call center company here in Philippines and I work as an I.T. We applied leased lines because we believe it can solve our problems n terms on fast and reliable internet access. Now, when we test the speed going to KOREA because that’s our main site how come it shows only 50% speed of our plan availed, instead of 100. When we do speed test on www.speedtest.net it shows 99% which is okay. I don’t have any idea on this, im just new on this business.

The best internet connection service in the Philippines so to say is the PLDT DSL. It is kind of expensive but it offers fast internet connection speeds. So if you can afford it then go for it.
Globe broadband is another internet service but most people do not like it for the connection speed seems to be a bit slow.
But most internet providers in Philippines tend to provide the basic internet throughput speeds. And hence if you are in dire need of fast internet connection, then I will advice that you go for a dsl connection, which is the best and offers the highest speeds.
But if you will need to save, then I will suggest that you go for the smart bro, which is better compared to the globe broadband.
