What does this Access template wms error mean?

I'm using warehouse configuration and inventory control in Warehouse Management System Version 1.3.0.  I'm having an Access template wms error of "msDrawRaster (): Unrecognized or unsupported image format".  What does this mean?  I'm using MS Excel 2010 on an XP 64 bit system.  Thanks.

Hi there Maxine,
 
The error you're getting is saying that you are trying to use the format of the file that is not supported by your server.
 
To resolve the issue, please, check the documentation and convert your file to the suitable one. 
 
It wouldn't be bad if you could check your paths and file names, just to make sure that everything's fine with them.
