What are the disadvantages of Google Drive?

I plan on using Google Drive for storing my files and data that includes videos and PDF's where I can access it anywhere which is a big plus for me. 

What are the disadvantages of Google Drive in terms of security?  Thanks.

The three (3) disadvantages of using Google Drive includes:

• Limited file Format: which supports 15 file formats only.
• Security Issue : In a cloud environment, Data security issues and national interests mean that online document storage (e.g. electronic mail), and processing (e.g. Gmail) can be unsuitable for use by governments or commercial organizations. Especially so where sensitive data (e.g. electronic mail) or confidential data is being stored, edited or shared on systems and infrastructure that are outsourced (e.g. by senior US government officials to Google) and shared with many other organizations, individuals, users. (e.g. the Internet.)
• Google Drive vs DropBox : Dropbox's terms of service & privacy policy are much friendlier than Google's, and they only cover one product – Dropbox. That means they can be slightly more tailored to the service itself.

As for security disadvantage, in environments like the cloud, the issues o data securities alongside nation’s interests means storage of documents online like the electric mail and processing for example may not be suitable for government and Commercial use.

When classified and sensitive data especially is being kept or edited and or shared on outsource systems and shared with other bodies or individuals.

What are the disadvantages of Google Drive?

There are disadvantages about the Google Drive:

• Intruders can access and remove some of your data illegally.

They can easily enter Google and has a tool that can easily terrorize your important data by installing some virus and can destruct your server and the entire system.

• The Uploading and Downloading Speed

Of course, when users all over the world are uploading and downloading together, the speed will gradually decrease. It can cause a slow process over your system, and it will make you pissed.
