Hi. The steps to update the BIOS in HP dc7900 Ultra Slim Desktop require you to find the current BIOS version that you have by typing msinfo32 in the run box. It will be present in the system information window. Next, find the product number that you have and using this, find the BIOS updates. Finally, download and install the BIOS update by disabling the anti-virus before starting with the update as the first step. Next, select the link of download next to the BIOS file and then either run it or save it when prompted. Navigate to the location where the file has been saved and click on it twice to start the installation.
Read the terms and conditions and then agree to them. Some instructions will appear on the screen which needs to be followed to successfully install the BIOS update. After the installation is complete, start the computer again.
