My iPod touch is not getting synced with iTunes, at the end of the sync it says "The iPod cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019). Please Help.

Hello there Sherry,

Such errors are common in the iPhone,iPad and the iPod. Do you have any recorded videos on your device which are synced with your PC? If yes, then delete them and then try to sync. If the problem persists yet again, then in your iTunes window de-select Music and Videos for syncing and then sync your iPod. Do not worry your songs and videos will still remain in the PC. Now, finally check Music and Videos and re-sync again. Your iPod should be back to normal now. Reply back if you still find problems. Cheers.
