Hi all,

I am a new user of a software developer kit Pitch Helix. I am facing a problem. I want to select a circle but either picking it up from the center point or its diameter but i cat do it. When I select it from the axis button in the dialogue box, an error appears

Variable pitch thread

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your

application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error

and attempt to continue.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Details                                                           Continue

I don't know why it happens so but I doubt it that this happens because of the profile selection which is not up to the mark.

Please study the image above. It might be of some help to you to answer the query.

If anybody has faced such a problem and then found a solution, please do let me know.

I am stuck at this point.

Waiting for your replies,

Regards,

Hiliary

Unhandled exception error using the Pitch Helix command

Hi,

It seems that you have not set the object reference to the instance of an object. Check your work from the start and see if you missed something. If you did not miss anything, follow the below points:

1. Uninstall Pitch Helix completely from your computer.

2. Now reinstall Pitch Helix and restart your computer.

3. Now set the profile from the browser. If you set the profile from the graphics window then the error will repeat.

4. Now close the application and restart your computer.

Now start a new project. This should solve your problem.
