Hi , I got the following error message while installing Trend Micro DirectPass on my computer:

My product is Trend Micro DirectPass  All .

How it can be solved ?
Error  message :  Installation cannot continue . A problem prevented Directpass from installing .
No changes were made to the computer  .Please restart  the installer .If problem persists
check for a solution online .(Error  code :#1006)

To install Trend Micro DirectPasson your computer successfully, you need to have a minimal of 150 MB disk space on your computer. So you will need to free up space that is more than 150 MB on your computer to prevent such problems such as the one you are getting right now when you run the program. To do that, you will need to get rid of or move the unnecessary files to a different location, or you can do one of the following:

  1. Run the Windows Disk Cleanup tool; the process for doing this may differ depending on the version of windows that you are using.
  2. Run the Windows Disk Defragmenter tool; It will also differ depending on the windows version you have.
