Touch screen sensitivity problem on iPhone

Hi there,

I have iPhone 5S which has this funny issue, I left the phone charging overnight and the following morning I started experiencing problems with the screen sensitivity, one column of Icons to the right hand side is not responding, I have tried restarting the phone and still getting the same problem, how do I get the screen to work again well? What could be the problem?

Touch screen sensitivity problem on iPhone

Hi !

To get back your phone touch screen accessibility resets your previous recalibrated settings. Make a new recalibration of phone touch screen and save. Reset the phone to the factory settings, this means that the phone will be forced to shut down without the normal closeout process. Resetting the phone involves pressing the on/off button with the home button until the Apple logo appears and goes away. After the device is off, it can be turned back on in a few seconds. By this time, the phone should be working again.

Also you might think to go with your phone to an authorized service with the warranty certificate to repair it and avoid any unexpected problems.
