TMG Enterprise version installation Error

Hello experts,

While I was installing ISA or TMG Enterprise version, the installation was unsuccessful and showing the following error message shown in the picture. It tells me that the server is not operational.

Why?

Please help.

Error:

Setup failed to connect to the specified configuration storage server computer.This may be because the local computer needs to be added to the replicate configuration storage server computer set.

Error Code = 0x8007203a.
Error Description = The server is not operational.

TMG Enterprise version installation Error

I’m not sure what version of Windows you are using but you should check if the version of Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) that you are installing is compatible with your server or local computer’s operating system.

If you are installing an older version of TMG, try upgrading to Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 which can be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14238.

This version of TMG is compatible with Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, and Windows Server 2008 R2. A registration is also required to be able to download this application.

If you were unsuccessful in installing the program, abort the installation then restart the computer. After booting the system, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.

For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, or Norton SystemWorks. After the disk check, try installing it again. Be sure to visit the link above and read the information found on the page.
