I have a USB modem with drivers already installed. However, I find it a bit slow as compared to how it was working previously. I suspect that it could be something with the drivers that I have installed since I lost the original drivers for the USB. Is there a USB modem fast driver that is able to change the speed for the better? Thanks.
Is there a USB modem fast driver software?
I read your question regarding with your USB Modem. Before jumping on a conclusion, did you do the following precautionary checklist?
1. Did you insert the USB Modem correctly?
(This was one of the problems that a USB can perform but in a slow accuracy)
2. Did you insert your USB Modem in a slow USB Port?
(USB Port has different versions; we have 1.0 (low speed transfer rate of 1.5 Mbit/s, full speed at 12 Mbits/s), 1.1 (12 Mbit/s were used for higher data transfer devices, lower 1.5 Mbit/s for low data rate devices), 2.0 (has higher data transfer rate of 480 Mbit/s, 40 times fater than 1.1), and 3.0(increases the data transfer rate up to 5 Gbit/s and backwards-compatible with the version 2.0).
If you did the precautionary checklist and still had a slow performance, there is a USB Modem that I’ll strongly recommend for you. It increases the modem up to 10 times faster than 3G. It can work with other well-known laptops and computers, it supports famous web browsers (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer), can also use for Text Messaging, it’s simple to install and to use, and it’s global ready.
