Tablet problem after draining battery completely

Hi there,

I have an Asus Transformer Pad which I was using on an outdoor project, I pushed the battery past 5% and used until the tablet went off, tried restarting it and used it for a bit before it went off again,  this morning I tried charging the Tablet but there was no charging indicator, I left it on the charger for a while but nothing is happening, what could be the problem? I tried taking out the battery and putting it back, even tried connecting it to a PC, How do I get it back in working order?

Hi !

Before you start reviving your tablet you have to know that is a possibility to lose all data. It's practical mean that you will have a Hard Reset to your tablet.

To do this you have to follow a few steps:

1) With the tablet closed, press both volume buttons and power button simultaneously. Do not let go until screen opens.
2) You should open a screen where recovery using using the volume key down, you can select "wipe data"/ "factory reset"
3) With the Home button select the action ahead and wait. After recharge your tablet.
