Syncing iTunes to iPhone help

I need your help! My iPhone 3GS won’t let me add things to it and it was synced with iTunes library. I erased all my songs and videos when I tried to do it manually.

How can I put in things without losing them?

Syncing iTunes to iPhone help

Hi Jamie,

Can you advise if you are getting an error when you try to sync your iPhone with iTunes? If you are not able to add and update your movies and songs from iTunes, you may need to reboot your iPhone. Usually, when the phone connects to the computer, it will back up all our data. So you can try to reconnect to iTunes and restore from your back up.

If your iTunes is unable to detect your iPhone, you can try to turn off the iPhone then wait for a few minutes before turning it on then reconnect to your computer then to iTunes.
