I need your help regarding statusmap.cgi. I am trying to configure it on my system and I am running into the following problem/error:
Not Found
The requested URL /nagios/cgi-bin/statusmap.cgi was not found on this server
Does anyone know why I’m getting this error? I’ll be grateful if you solve my problem. Thank you in advance.
If this error was generated after clicking on your link, maybe the .cgi file is located on a different location and not on the specified URL. You should check again the exact location of the .cgi file then copy its exact URL and replace the URL on the link with this one.
If the URL in your link doesn’t have the Domain Name Registration and Web Hosting or in other words the domain name, maybe this is also the reason why it doesn’t work. Try adding the domain name in the beginning of the URL to complete the whole link.
Be sure to check the URL from any typographical errors that might have accidentally added or a mistyped word or something. A link will not work if it has mistyped characters because this will result on making the link to point on a different location.
