Startup problem with Arma 2 OA

Hello,

I am getting the following error message at the startup of Arma 2 OA and unable to access the forums. I also get another bad message when I try to join a server. I just uninstalled the program and installed ArmA 2 again to take effect but same issue persists. How can I solve this issue? Have any idea? I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.
