As I proceeded with opening some documents from my Sky Drive that I have inside my MSOffice’2013(365 Pro Plus via), I got the following error saying,

Sorry, we couldn’t open ‘https://d.docs/1             e/^.Documents/pa            .docx’.

  Here is the screenshot of the error message.

Do you have any idea about this?

If yes, please suggest me a solution.

Dear Joanna A Speer!

This type of error usually occurs either the original path of your file has removed or it is incompatible with this Microsoft version. You may try some other version of Microsoft Office to handle this type of error or it may also be repaired. The method of repairing is below:

1. Open Your Document in Gmail Drive (Service Available in Gmail Account).

2. Upload the repaired Microsoft Word file in Google Drive.

3. When the file is uploaded download it as Word File Format.

When the file is downloaded, open it in Microsoft Word and enjoy.
