Hi,

I am using Sony Vegas 11, and I came up into this crashing error with NV CUDA App & Hardware i wonder if it is with configuration or compatibility.

I am getting the error at the time of rendering the video as even I can upgrade the card but it seems to be block right now and the memory I am using is just half and taking more time in about 46 degrees while the video was rendering for hours and I think the updating of the card bios will set right but I don’t know how to process it and the description of the problem is as follows.

Application Name: Vegas Pro.

Application Version: Version 11.0 (Build 521) 64-bit.

Problem: Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005).

Fault Module: C:Windowssystem32nvcuda.dll.

Fault Address: 0x000000000694E140.

Fault Offset: 0x000000000027E140.

I hope you can help me with this.

Thank you!

First of all, ensure that your video card is fully updated. And then check if there is any program that might be conflicting with Sony Vegas Pro 11 such as QuickTime. If it is, uninstall it and see if it will work. Another way to resolve the issue is to reset all the settings to default values. Close Vegas Pro and press Ctrl+Shift while opening it through the icon. Just release the Ctrl+Shift when the program is loaded. You will be prompted with a message, "Do you want to reset all preferences to default values?" Tick the Delete all cached application data box and click Yes. This will resolve your issue.
