I just now installed SKY X Professional edition. When I connect to the CCDAP5Â application and try setting it up I get the message.
I can't seem to get past this error.
Please help!

Software error when setting up SKY X Professional edition

Your logon script, most probably is using a method known either MapNetworkDrive or SetDefaultPrinter. The 80020005 error codes commonly occurs when you execute a VBScript.
Â
So what could be the cause of this code? First is that they are both using similar network share. And the second cause it that only a single term is required, the other is not so better delete it.
Â
The first thing you could do is to check the source you are using to see which method is at fault. Look at the number of arguments required by the script method and then compare it with arguments that you used in your script.

Thank you for answering my queries. I followed your suggestions by checking the source and it shows that you're right both are using similar network share so i deleted the other one.

And it worked, the error doesn't appear anymore. Glad i found this website techyv where you can ask questions regarding software or applications problem.
