Hello,

I attempted to install the setup of Skype but the error message appeared saying “Your Skype installation has been corrupted. Please re-install Windows to correct this error. We apologize for any inconvenience caused”. I did as per the given instructions but could not solve this problem. I extremely need your help. Thanks in advance.

Hello Alice,

First, deinstall Skype. Go to your Control Panel under the Start menu, find the "NVidia Driver" in the Device Manager section, and disable it. Then, reinstall Skype, and return to the Control Panel to enable the NVidia Driver again.

If this does not work, there may be an issue with your NVidia Driver. Visit the NVidia website to install the latest driver, which is compatible with Skype.
