The steps for creating a label in Word 2010 are as follows:

• Open a blank document in MS Word.

• Click on Labels on the Mailings tab.

• Type the address in the Address box.

• Click on Options, and select your choices in the Label Options dialog box, and then click on OK.

• If in case, your Product number is not available on the list, you can customize the settings.

 Click on Details, and compare your label dimensions.

 Click on New Label, give it a name, and enter the dimensions accordingly.

• Click on OK.

• Now, under the Print section, click on Single Label, and enter the number of rows and columns according to the dimensions of your label sheet.

• Click on Print button. You can make changes to each label, including text font and color in the same way as customizing a table in Word.
