Setup Outlook for multiple accounts

I have set up MS-Exchange with MS-Outlook 2010. I am receiving emails from various domains and I am using my default domain for sending emails. My question is how can I send emails from any of the various domains without using the default one? When turning the From button on and type the address of the recipient, the address in the From button is still listed with the default one. How can I set it up correctly?

Setup Outlook for multiple accounts

Hi Ashton,

You can set up your Outlook for multiple email accounts by using this feature to send emails from different email addresses with your Exchange server. This From: line will automatically appear the address you want to send from.

To send email messages to different email address in your Outlook using the From: line, follow this steps. First, you should create a new email message in Outlook, then go to message's toolbar and select Options tab. Next click the Show From option to make sure that it is enabled. Then enter the desired email address in the "From" field. Hope this can help.
