Whenever I try to set up ODI lineage package it ends up in the following error screen:

Your problem reminds me of last month when I was trying to set up my ODI Lineage Package I got the same error. I can not to forget I spend my whole night to resolve it. First I Google it and search it on the internet, there was not much information about this problem.
Then I made a call to one of my friend who had set up the ODI lineage Package. He guide me and I was succeeded to set up my ODI lineage Package.
So what you have to do is to run the following script from your DBA
grant create view to snpm1;
grant create view to snpw1;
Your problem will be solved.
