Hi dear I have serious problem. I faced an error message when I install Software.
How can I solve this error?
I don’t understand what say this error message.Â
"Setup must stop because the required package Zune didn’t install.

Serious problem in windows setup
This is not an error of the windows installation or an error in your system, but it is the error of your installation setup of windows.
Simply I want to say that if you are installing the program from the compact disk then use a new one because that CD is corrupt one or use DVD for good results.
Another way to solve this issue is that you can first clean your c drive by delete that part and again create it and then install that window in that drive it will also help you to fix a problem.

You are getting this error because a component that is required by Zune software for the installation is missing.
Maybe you did not check the system requirements that Zune require for the installation.
Here are the computer requirements for Zune:
