I would like to add a little bit more information to your query. Samsung Galaxy s4 already launched officially on 14th March' 2013 at New York, USA.
But the commercial launch of Samsung Galaxy s4 all around the world has different schedule.
As you haven't mention the place of living I am going to give you date of release in UK & USA officially confirmed.
UK: In UK it will hit the store on 26th April' 2013 as mention earlier.
USA: AT&T will open the option of pre-order it on April 16th' 2013 & T- mobile will release it on May 1st' 2013

1. It will be available in 16/32/64 GB.
2. It has 1.6 GHz Octa-Core processor.
