My Rockmelt is not anymore recommended to connect on webcam (WC) in my latest browser. And also Rockmelt is declining to access in every game, together with chrome. I want to use Opera but it was failed, seem it is disturbing by submitting forms in every sent. I could not open also the Internet Explorer (IE) or the Firefox because it is very weak. And so I decided to open Comodo and signed in but I have encounter by a critics that want to ruin my time value of unit building. Not interested.

The problem of the webcam not working is maybe because the correct drivers for the webcam may not be installed,to find out which drivers you need see the following picture.
In the picture (1) shows the model number.(2) shows the product number.By using this model number you can find out the drivers from internet.Install the drivers and it'll work but make sure to uninstall the older once.This function is for the built-in webcams.
for non-built-in webcams go to Start menu then My computer, right click and go to properties and click on the device manager.Now uninstall the older software.Now update your webcam drivers and it'll work properly.
