Retrieve Email Account in Lotus Notes

Can you please help me on how to retrieve my email account? My Lotus Notes exceeds maximum folder limit and I was unable to open both of them. What should I do?

Retrieve Email Account in Lotus Notes

Hello Jude Alexander,

You will need to make your lotus notes accessible anywhere so as to avoid their congestion in the folder which is causing you problems.

You will need to have a Gmail account to do that. Once you have the Gmail account set up, you will just go back to the lotus program and open it, and then look for the address book and open it.

Look for advanced and then click on it, and then choose accounts, and next click the 'new' button and then select account so as to create a new account.

The new account form will come up. From it choose Basics.

Next set up the username, the IMAP server account and the password. Configure the protocols, set the ports correctly, and when the process is done, you will be able to view your mails in lotus without the restrictions about the maximum mails.
