Re-activating InstallShield 2010 Flexera Software Failed

I need to re-activate InstallShield 2010 – Flexera Software since users are required to re-activate the software every year.

The automatic re-activation failed so I have to manually re-activate it but received an error stating that the license is already in use. How can I re-activate it?

Please help me.

Re-activating InstallShield 2010 Flexera Software Failed

Hi

These problem shows that you are using such sort of device which you have shared with other computer also or your computer is connect to another computer due to which this problem occurs. Check if you are using the Wi-Fi___33 connection then your computer also on sharing and this may not work. One other option is you using any sort of internet device and you shared that device with other computer means another computer also connected to that device and that device allow your computer to share with other computer so your computer is on sharing and therefore this software is not ready to install and working on your computer so first disconnect to that Wi-Fi___33 or the internet device install this and then run the internet device or Wi-Fi again.
