Problem in utilizing Lotus note particularly CC, or BCC

I am utilizing Lotus Notes and I have currently obtained several notifications that said “you do not have name in To, CC, or BCC areas”. There is a tiny symbol off to the right of the subject part that obviously is a link of a few types. Properties checks confirm my name, and "hint" directory of my e-mail address. Can anybody please tell me what is occurring and why? If there are problems, please provide feedback on what’s the right thing to do?

Problem in utilizing Lotus note particularly CC, or BCC

When using the CC and BCC in lotus noted, it is important to note that unless you are the sender or the Administrator of the lotus notes application, then you will not be able to see the users of the BCC field. The BCC field is mostly used when people are put in that field for the purpose of preventing email storms when someone mistakenly hits the 'reply all' option, and this will mostly happen with large distribution list e-mails.

In case a recipient was in the BCC field, and the 'reply all' option was hit, then the reply will only go to the sender. But then you will note that people will also use the same field when they need to copy someone in the case where they don't want a recipient to that person was copied, but administrative credentials is a must for this process.
