Problem related to LANrev database transfer

Can we transfer our LANrev databases to another drive or partition?  We are running out of space so we would like to rectify it right away.  Can anyone help us?

Hello David_Mendonca,

For sure you can transfer your data to another partition if you are running out of space on the current partition. All you need to do is get another computer on the local area network that you are on right now, and ensure that computer has the amount of space that can hold that data, if it does not have then create enough space that will hold the data and then start the backup process. I will advice that you make sure that during the backup, you make a copy of the data to the destination so that you can be able to retrieve the original data in case the backup process is interrupted leading to loss of data. Once the transfer process finishes successfully, you can then get rid of the data you have on your former computer.

You can also backup the data on an external hard drive.
