Hello expert,
When I try to send live usage data to a web page using the FTP upload facility, it works only for few minutes. After every 6 sec; BTW not set to update. For case, put the alert to renew every 5 or 10 minutes and it works firstly, soon after 12 hours it fails. Then an application error message occurs:

I am using both WinXP and Win7 operating system. Now I am not using this software. But honestly speaking, it's the best software I've used so far. I don’t know what the reason is. Help me to solve this.

The problem you have discussed is somehow related to the software version you are using. If you are using this software and you are very use to with this software then you should use this software but you need to do something for using this software.
Currently you are using the software you need to re-install this software first and then check whether it works or not if it still does not work then you need to change the software version you have to check if the software you are using is latest then used its previous version and then check will it work or not. It surely will work and also you have to check your system requirement if your system meets the requirement then this problem will be solve. And this solution will work. Hope you will get rid of this problem.
