Hi Petrusic Parisi,

To load subtitles in gom player be sure that the subtitle format is supported.

Supported subtitle formats:

1. Unicode Text Subtitles
2. SAMI (.smi)
3. SubRipText (.srt)
4. SubStation Alpha (.ssa)
5. VOBsub (.sub/idx)
6. .rt
7. Advanced SubStation Alpha (ass)
8. MicroDVD (.sub)
9. SMIL/RealText

To open a subtitle just press F3 or ALT+O.

To sync press:

0.5 Sec Faster : > or.
0.5 Sec Slower : < or,

OR;

Right click anywhere on the player -> Subtitles,
Select 0.5 Sec faster or 0.5 Sec slower.

Hope this solves your problem. Don't hesitate to ask questions for clarifications.

Thanks.

Hello,

Proper matching is one key to troubleshoot subtitle problem. If for an example you are converting a file sample.avi then pair it with subtitle file sample.srt. Always prefer using original video files for protection and safety of the media. Always choose the subtitle option and make sure the subtitle tab is clicked.
