Hey, I’m having trouble with Avid DS 10.3.1. I’m new at this so please try to be specific with the explanation and I hope I’ll be able to explain it good enough. The problem itself occurs after trying to capture an image of Quick Time it’s impossible to import it. The error I’m getting is:
“Avid DS
One or more errors were detected while importing ‘AD_Featurette_SvsR_Txtlss_PFHA’. Any media successfully captured so far will be kept.”
I would be very grateful for any help I could get.

Trouble with Avid DS 10.3.1.
Hello Raymond D,
Since the error says that there is a problem when the feature that has been mentioned is being imported then I guess the problem may be with QuickTime, it may be missing some important component that is required for the feature to be successfully imported using the avid media.
Or you could just choose to save the file in case they are successfully captured and see if they will be successfully opened when you try to open them. It may be just a warning of what the outcome may be in case you import without the feature that is missing and not an error.
