Can you help me about this please? My D-Link WDA 2320 Range booster Desktop Adapter has no connectivity for a couple days ago I already configure the IP but still it has no effect. I reset my primary ISP modem and Linksys WRT300N wireless router.

It still does not work. I think that my Desktop Adapter is the problem because my iPod and Play station 3 still work while it connects to my wireless router. I already try the IP configurations. Do you have any suggestions?

If you have already tried the IP connections and made sure that you have configured them correctly but the computer still has the problem, then I highly suspect that you have not installed the wireless device drivers on that computer. You will need to check that as follows:

  • On your computer click on start.
  • And then locate My Computer and right click on it.
  • Choose system properties.
  • In the window that will open click on device manager.
  • The device manager window will open. From the list of drivers you will to check if wireless network drivers have been installed.
  • If they are not installed, you will see a yellow question mark on them.
