Hi guys,

Outlook 2010 has encountered a problem throwing the error message "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Outlook MUI (English) 2010".

However, it has stopped working. I tried all possible causes to solve the problem but failed.

If you have any idea for the problem, please help me to solve the problem.

Hi,

You can first try to end or close the program completely, then launch it again a fresh to see if the error problem is resolved.

If it does not, then i would recommend you do a complete un-installation of the program, make sure even the system folders are erased then do a full installation of the program again.

Alternatively you can do a system repair for the program where instead of choosing uninstall, choose repair or change program to rectify any problem that may have occurred or a missing file in the system that could be causing the error. Sometimes the system files get erased or corrupt therefore making the program have errors whenever launched
