Hi,

These are the things you may try to fix this kind of fatal error:-

1. Run integrity check using the models command "I". Then try to repair all and save it.

Open it using PADS Router

2. Open it using PADS Router and save it with a different name.

3. Open the saved file using PADS layout and run the integrity check once again.

4. Go to File > Export and export the file to ASCII format.

5. Create a new PCB and import that file into it.

It looks like that you have not configured the router properly and this is certainly a problem. You need to identify the terminals that are not connected to the port and then connect it to the port that is not connected till now. Once you will do this, you will find that the problem is gone.
