I also find about that. Officially there are no any clues or statements which saying about that kind of release of office package. But some websites are mentioning that they had some information about developing a new office package version. They are saying the employees in Microsoft are talking about something new.
According to them the code for that project called Office 15. The code name for office 2010 was Office 14. That is why they believe this is the next version (maybe 2012) of office package. They believe this version will be released in near future.
Office 2012 has a likelihood of being launched on 2ND July 2012 with the latest features considering the fact that it has been Microsoft tradition to launch its products just before the end of their financial year which ends in July
It is speculated that this release will only be for the Microsoft windows users hence the Mac users will continue to use the 2011 release which was launched on October 26 2010..
