Neat Digital Filling System Software – End Processing Item error

Hello,

I have recently installed the Neat Digital Filling System Software for scanning my PC. While using or scanning the PC with The Neat Digital Filing System Software sometimes this error is shown. I have tried many times to resolve this error message but I cannot do this without your help so give any suggestion.

This is a known bug solved in one of the updated versions of the Neat. To remove your problem completely, please, update your software. All available updates and patches can be found at the following link: 
 
 
In case you can't update Neat at the moment, here is a quick step by step workaround that will solve your problem:
 
If Neat is open, close it. Check to see if it's hanging in your processes via Task manager and kill it if it keeps hanging after you've closed it. 
 
Open Neat Data folder in your explorer. Default location should be in the documents folder. 
 

Inside the folder you will find the folder named QSP. Delete it.
 

Start neat again. When it appears on your screen click on the Settings. Find the option 'Automatically remove blank pages' and check it. 

 
Close settings and try to do a scan again.
