I am using navigation app in my android phone. During travel I use this app for finding particular location. In starting it is working fine and picking the current location. But now a days it is not picking current location even after allowing “ACCESS TO MY LOCATION” and switching ON the “GPS SATELLITES” option. Please suggest some solution to resolve this app issue.
It might due to bugs and some viruses i will give you solution for that.
Try to update the maps from the app store on your mobile and then it will work fine. If not then apply the second method.
Save all your data and contacts before that.
Force restore your mobile.
If you do not know how to force restore here is the procedure.
Turn your mobile off and take off the battery and put back again.
Press volume down, home button and power button until mobile vibrates.
Select the Wipe All The Data by using the volume buttons.
After that select All by using the power button mobile will be formatted.
After that select the reboot.
