This is a server problem that you as a client with limited access rights cannot solve. 

MySQL Cluster allows larger datasets than capacity of a machine to be stored and accessed by multiple machines.

MySQL Cluster writes Redo logs to disk for data changes as well as checking pointing-data to the disk regularly. If a cluster fails, some data may be lost. In such cases such a error message occurs.

To overcome, you may need to create two or more clusters sothat when some clusters goto inconsistent state, then others can still be utilized.

You may delay for some time till the server manager tries to overcome the inconsistent state.
