MyChart cannot obtain a connection to the server

Hi there,

This Connection Error appears when I want to connect MyChart to the Internet. I did a fresh install and is not working at all. When I have installed the app first time it worked just fine for 2-3 weeks. Can anyone help me to fix this error of my app ?

MyChart cannot obtain a connection to the server even though you have an Internet connection. Do you wish to send a report on this error? The report will not contain any personal information

Hello There,

Please check these

1. Check whether your own data connection works fine or not

2. This may be a temporary problem, may be mychart server has ‘n’ numbers of limited connection capability and suddenly capacity is fully utilized. So wait for sometimes and try again

3. check credentials and try once again

4. Ensure that, you are not under any firewall which may block any connection

Your problem should get fixed by now.
