I have a desktop that has a Pentium 4 processor, 2 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD and Windows XP 64 bit. I recently installed an IVT BlueSoleil Bluetooth adapter. Why can't my Motorola V3X search IVT BlueSoleil? I need help with this. Thanks.
First, check your desktop IVT Bluetooth Adapter, and make sure it has no problems.
Most of the time, the desktop driver software creates this type of problem. If it is okay, then check your phone’s Bluetooth, and make sure it is not in hidden mode. If it is in hidden mode, then make it visible. Then, search for it again, and you will find it.
If this doesn’t work, uninstall the adapter software, and install it again. Then, restart your computer and try again.
