My operating just got stuck Please help me out

You have just clicked a website that contains malware, made sure to remember the site and never visit it again you can try two ways to fix your windows but you need a genuine CD and a product key for this. Make sure to boot first your optical drive in the bios setup.

Solution 1: Reinistall Operating System

• Insert the CD in the CD ROM then wait for it to boot the CD. Then it will go to the installer setup. Select Install Now and then accept agreement, then choose UPGRADE in the next option.
• The installation will run smoothly in this feature.

Solution 2: Install a fresh copy of Operating System

• Insert the CD and do the same procedure on the first solution until prompted to select UPGRADE or CUSTOM.
• Choose CUSTOM this time and then Delete you hard disk and create a new partition for the Unallocated Drive.
• Then simply choose the allocated drive press next a pop-up will come up but just press ok or yes.
• Just wait and it will install smoothly. 

Note: Remember backup your important files using a bootable OS disk so that you will not lose important files.
