Can you help me with my desktop computer? I don’t have any issues with my computer since I bought it. Last night I tried to turn it on multiple times it showed “error code 0xc00000e9.” Do you know what error is this? What could be the possible cause of it? I tried to restart my computer multiple times last night but it didn’t work. Can you give me instructions on how to resolve this error? Can you give me alternative solutions for this issue?

My computer won’t start and still showing an error message
This error usually occurs due to a hardware malfunction.
So, you can try following these steps to solve the issue,

Shut down the computer

Remove all the other devices connected except the mouse & key board

Switch on the computer

Now the error code would not appear

Then connect each of the removed devices one by one, by following the very same steps, till detecting the device that causes to pop up the error message again.

After that, install the latest updates of that particular device to make it compatible with the new OS version.
If all these steps fail, the hard  drive might be causing the issue. So, it is advisable to seek for technical assistance.
