The file you are trying to open, Archive.dotx, is a Microsoft Office Word template file. It is a template used for creating new Microsoft Office Word 2007, Word 2010, and Word 2013 files that don’t have or don’t contain macros. It is the default file format used when creating your own customized template in Microsoft Office Word with no macro.

There is also no problem with the filename used because it doesn’t contain any special characters. Since there is no problem with the filename and the file format is supported, it seems the problem has to be with its contents which are probably unreadable. Since it is a Microsoft Office Word template but it can’t be opened by Microsoft Office Word, it means the file is corrupted.

If you don’t have a backup of your template, I guess you have to re-create your template from scratch. For more info on recovering corrupted document or template, go to How To Recover A Corrupt Document Or Template. For more info on the supported file formats, visit Microsoft Office Word Supported File Formats.
