I have a lot of work related to sending and receiving faxes. It becomes very difficult for me to roam about to do this work. So can you please suggest me ways to fax a PDF from computer? It will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
Hi. You can easily fax a PDF from computer by following the below-given steps-
• For Windows 7 users-
1) Select start; click on all programs and from that click on Windows fax and scan. Select enter
2) Wait for the Windows fax and scan to load
3) There will an option of new fax on the top side of the window
4) Then, connect the phone line by following the steps as mentioned in the wizard
5) Enter the phone number of the destination, type the message and attach the documents to be sent to complete the form for the fax
6) Then select send and your fax will be sent
• For Mac users-
1) First the document which is to be faxed should be opened
2) Click on the file menu and click on print
3) Select the PDF button and wait till a menu appears. Select Fax PDF from it
4) In the To field, enter the fax number of the receiver, don’t forget to add 1 and also the area code along with the outside access code if any
5) Select the modem as internet modem to send the fax
6) You can also include a cover page by clicking on use cover page option
7) Click on preview to view the fax once and then select send
