I want to know about how to install Microsoft Outlook 2010 portable computer.
I have a licensed version in which it says that Outlook 2010 will work with portable computers,

For you to install Outlook 2010 on a portable computer. First you should order the backup disc they offer you. Then, you put the disc in and enter the same product key. Then it will ask you to register.
At this moment you should end up the activation by phone. The original install won't let you finish the second one via Internet, so you have to call the 866 number they provide and they will guide you. It's a robot at the other end of the phone, so don't worry. It will ask you how many computers you installed it up until then and you should answer one.
Then you have to read it the product ID that is on your screen and then you will hear another long activation number that you have to fill in on the computer. Click next and the activation will finish.
Furthermore, I think you also have another installation left for the Outlook version you purchased either on computer or on portable device.
