Why I am not able to deliver message via Incredimail. This error message occurs.

One or more messages could not be sent.

Hi Randy,
 
There are only two possible issues that may be causing your problems.
 
First is the old version of the software. To check the version of the software open IncrediMail, click Help and select About Incredimail Xe. If your version is out of date, please, update it and it will fix your problem.
 
Another possible cause of your problem is that your SMTP server isn't configured properly. 
To fix that, click the Tools menu and choose Accounts. Select the account and go to properties. Under the properties, select the Servers tab. Check the box My Server Requires Authentication. In case your server is using different account details than those for POP3, you'll have to input those details under more settings. 
Click OK and restart the software to make everything work.
