Image Incorrect Error when using EnergyXT with Physmod

How do I solve an error in EnergyXT when it says that the image is incorrect?

It is something that is contained in Physmod because the error originated there.

Can’t Physmodwork with EnergyXT?

Or it is just because of my Operating System which is Windows Vista 32Bits.

I need some help for this matter.

Thanks so much.

You did not include in your post what version of energyXT you are using. I wish you attached the screenshot of the error message so we could have a better view of the problem.

But anyway, the latest version of the application that I searched was energyXT 2.6 Core. And based on its system requirements, it doesn’t matter what version of Windows you are using. It doesn’t list there what versions of Windows it should run.

Which means the application can be used on any platform. And if that’s the case, you don’t have any compatibility problem to worry about since you are using Windows Vista 32-bit.

To have a better look on the application, here are the system requirements for energyXT 2.6 Core:

Windows

  • Pentium 1.4GHz or higher
  • 512 MB RAM
  • ASIO-compatible sound card

Mac

  • Intel Pentium or G4 processor
  • OSX 10.4 or higher
  • 512 MB RAM

Linux

  • Pentium 1.4GHz or higher
  • 512 MB RAM
  • ALSA/OSS driver

If you are getting an error that says something about an incorrect image, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application.
